Why are we Different? You Decide.

Comments from families we have served

We have spent considerable time and money, through conventional advertising, explaining why our approach is different from other companies who consider themselves “animal disposal” companies.  We are different because we not only provide care after death occurs, but before, with pet hospice.  We never view what we do as “disposal”. We view it as a solemn responsibility to provide dignified end-of-life care for the four-legged members of your family.

As licensed funeral directors, we have provided care and comfort to thousands of families during our years of service.  We find what we are doing now is no different. We help families deal with the impending or actual death of a member of their family. While the intensity of the grief may vary, grief is grief and our mission is to provide comfort and a suitable way to deal with that grief.

As I mentioned, we have done considerable advertising to convey this message.  However, I have decided to let some of the families we have served convey this message for us. We send a survey to every family we serve asking for feedback on how we have done. The following are comments from those who have agreed to let us use their thoughts in our advertising:

“Thanks to you we made it through Buddy's passing. Your kindness and understanding was greatly appreciated. The love you showed in your task is commendable. God bless you and your efforts in helping people cope in their time of loss.”  Bill & Terri Guynes, North Richland Hills.

“As a pet owner all my life and now an owner of several pet care service businesses, this has been a one-of-a kind experience. The obvious compassion and concern about our family “friend” was so appreciated during a time of making a difficult decision to let our friend go home. The time Kate and Terry took with us made it seem like we were all they had to do.”  Kelly P. Sullivan, Fort Worth, Abbey's Pet & House Sitting, Midday Mutts, Whisker Washers Mobile Grooming.

“Kate & Terry were wonderful and compassionate in caring for our beloved Copper Kitty. They helped make the grieving process for our family go smoother by taking care of all the things I could not do. Thank you for having such a wonderful place for our pets.” Tami Womble-Hubbard, Benbrook

“Thank you. You treated my baby with respect & caring and you gave my husband & I and our other pets support we needed at that time.” Lucy Anderson, Arlington.

“We felt very fortunate to have found you. The newspaper article came at a time when we knew Toby wouldn't be with us a lot longer. Thank you for being so kind to our family as we grieved for Toby.”  Lois & Chuck Peterson, Fort Worth
“Thank you so much for taking care of our beloved Roxi. We appreciate your care and concern through such a difficult time.”  Sharon Jolstad, Frisco

“ I wanted to thank you for being there during this time in my life. Duke sure did deserve the BEST in care that I could afford for him and you all made that happen. You allowed me to feel safe about the choices I had to make. I am blessed for your services. Thank you so much.” Dede Croy, Fort Worth. Owner My Favorite Groomer

“Kate's presence at the vet was invaluable to help me through such a painful ordeal. Worth every penny spent to pay tribute to such a wonderful companion.”  James Huff, Benbrook.
